According to the PCOS Awareness Association, there is no cure yet, but there are many ways you can decrease or eliminate PCOS symptoms and feel better.
I am 16 years old and i started seeing my period at the age of 11 and since then the highest amount of times i have seen my period in a year is 6 times. I thought my body was just adjusting to puberty so i didn’t show concern, but now it’s just scary especially when i see my mates in school having normal flows. I wanted to diagnos myself I checked google I think I have PCOS. I need advise because i don’t have anyone to talk to about this, my mother never talked to me about menstruation and she doesn’t seem to be concerned about issues like this and I don’t want her to start telling my father and telling pastors and friends because she is a typical Nigerian mother
