    Acupuncture is generally regarded as a safe procedure but are there really any adverse effects?

    Acupuncture Side Effects are Fatigue, Soreness, Bruising, Muscle twitching, Lightheadedness, Emotional release etc, though none of these are life-threatening, It is good to be aware its side effects before you experience them, you will know they’re normal and nothing to be too concerned about.

    Adverse effects/risks of acupuncture are relatively low, however, common side effects include soreness and minor bleeding or bruising where the needles were inserted.
